Delivery area

At launch, CANILUME delivers only to addresses in France that are accepted during checkout.

Order processing

Processing and transport arrangements begin once the order has been confirmed. Orders placed during a weekend or public holiday may begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Tracked delivery is estimated at 7 to 12 calendar days from order confirmation. This estimate is based in particular on the logistics test order placed on August 6, 2026 and delivered in France on August 17, 2026. It is not an absolute guarantee of delivery on a particular date. The applicable delivery period is communicated before the order is confirmed and, unless otherwise stated, delivery will take place no later than 30 calendar days after the order.

Tracking

Where available, a tracking link is sent by email. International transport may be handled by an upstream logistics partner before the parcel is transferred to a French carrier for final delivery.

Delay, loss or incorrect address

In the event of a delay, contact contact@canilume.fr. The customer’s statutory rights concerning formal notice, cancellation and reimbursement remain unaffected. Customers must verify their address before confirming the order and report any error as quickly as possible.

Charges and formalities

Applicable delivery charges are displayed before payment. For delivery in France, customers should not be charged additional fees upon receipt unless such fees were clearly disclosed before the order was placed.
