Return and Refund Policy

Change of mind

You have 14 days from the day after receiving the goods to notify CANILUME of your decision to withdraw by emailing contact@canilume.fr, without giving a reason. No prior authorisation from CANILUME is required. The product must be sent back within 14 days after your notification. You are responsible for the direct cost of international return shipping to China.

Condition of returned products

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. It must be returned with its accessories and, where possible, its original packaging. CANILUME may deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Defective, damaged or non-conforming products

Email contact@canilume.fr with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may be requested where they help speed up the assessment. Where a defect, transport damage or lack of conformity is confirmed, CANILUME bears the cost of the applicable statutory remedy and any necessary return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are issued through the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise, no later than 14 days after CANILUME receives the withdrawal notice. CANILUME may withhold the refund until the product is received or proof of shipment is provided. The initial standard delivery charge is refunded; any additional cost resulting from the customer’s choice of a more expensive delivery method is not refunded.

Return address

To help identify your parcel, notify CANILUME at contact@canilume.fr and include your order number inside the parcel. Exercising the right of withdrawal does not require prior authorisation.

Do not send returns to the United States registered office. Use a tracked service where possible and retain proof of shipment until the refund has been completed.
